We?re focused on our Bespiners as much as we are with our clients. We are seeking a Accounts Receivables Specialist as part of our growing Finance team based out of our Abu Dhabi office. This position will supportWhat You?ll Do, but not limited to:* Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.* Process and analyse revenue recognition function.* Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared.* Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting the respective party.* Prepare analytical and ratio analysis in relation to AR for Finance Operations Manager to gain a better understanding of how collection efforts are progressing.* Generate and deliver reports as needed.* Support other accounting and finance team members.* Provide and promote service excellence.* Perform other duties as assigned.Required Education & Experience:* Relevant experience approx. 3 - 5 years* Bachelor?s degree of accounting.* Knowledge of VAT and tax.Preferred Certifications:* Certified Management Accountant (CMA)* Strong mathematical skills* Prior experience in accounts payable (or accounts receivable)* Experience in driving process improvement*Candidate should be either based in Abu Dhabi OR be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi and provide an attested housing lease in Abu Dhabi.
