Job Description

Our client seeks a highly motivated individual who can work independently and be very hands on as you will be the only person within the AD finance department. You will be a qualified Accountant with 5-8 years? experience. The ideal candidate will have worked for either a leading asset management company or a financial services company.?Accommodation is provided with this role.Description:

  • Reviewing and verifying reimbursement requests from their portfolio companies
  • Creating and maintaining records and accounts for any reimbursements paid
  • Creating management reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Liaising with a third part administrator who will validate the records
  • Prepare and check payments
  • Account reconciliation
  • Assist the members of the portfolio companies with any questions they may have pertaining to the reimbursements
  • Manage external relationships with service providers and local banks
  • Assist the wider management team in budgeting and administration for events, processing invoices
  • Negotiating with external service providers (e.g., IT, accommodation, utilities)
