Objectives: Accounting, procurement, sales, and logistics.Reporting to: Accounting Manager?Main Responsibilities:

Manage all accounting transactions and bookkeeping files.
Maintain accounts payables and receivables records.
Manage company and bank accounts reconciliations.
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Prepare payments due in and out schedules on weekly basis.
Manage employees? petty cash and general expenses accounts.
Prepare sales and purchase orders.
Receive and posting of purchase invoices.
Prepare and issue sales invoices.
Maintain proper records of all imports and exports transactions,
Manage deliveries to clients locations and maintain the required documentations.
Maintain VAT records and prepare VAT returns as required by FTA.
Payroll system administration (WPS & Non WPS Salaries).
Conduct regular Warehouse visits for stock count and inventory management.
Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flows.
Prepare monthly and annual financial budgets.
Prepare external audit schedules and financial statement with all supporting documents.
Comply with the general accepted accounting policies and standard regulations.
