Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:1. General supervision of the warehouse.2. Duly inserting and removing all necessary materials.3. Execution of exchange, return and addition permissions4. Make records for materials entered and taken out of the warehouse.5. Supervising workers during the processes of adding stocks, arranging and organizing them properly in accordance with the instructions.6. Suggesting improvement, remedial and preventive measures that would improve the performance of the work in its management.7. Executing all tasks required by the warehouse manager and warehouse coordinator within the limits of work in the warehouse management.8. Submit a weekly report to the warehouse manager and store coordinator to show what has been accomplished and what has been postponed, with a statement of the reason.9. All of the above must be done in accordance with the official procedure approved for the warehouse management.10. Approving the monthly inventory report from the unit secretary and sending it to the department.11. Submit a monthly report on the state of the warehouse to the warehouse official, mentioning the needs and problems that need solutions, if any.12. Continuously updating the list of items for each zone when adding or removing and following it up with the unit trustees in addition to updating it in the Oracle system (documenting the movement of inventory turnover manually and automatically).13. Inform the warehouse manager and then the quality officer in the company in the event of any problems or obstacles related to the safety aspect that may lead to disruption of the warehouses work.14. Submitting a condition report attached with the photos upon the arrival of any container or merchandise to the warehouse to the purchasing manager.15. Confirming the returns and informing the sales department in the case of whether the goods are safe or not, to give approval for the return.16. Maintaining warehouse assets in a manner that ensures that they are not damaged.17. Cooperating with inventory committees and unit trustees in the warehouse to conduct the annual inventory or in the event that the administration requests an immediate inventory.18. Follow up the organization and arrangement of warehouse assets in a way that facilitates access to them.19. Disbursement of assets in the warehouse on demand and in the interest of the company.20. Carry out the registration and re-receipt of the loaned and pledged materials.21. Informing the line manager and then the quality officer of the damaged materials, tools and devices that need maintenance or destruction.22. Follow up department officials in arranging, organizing and cleaning warehouses.23. . Follow-up of the warehouse?s technical affairs in general (failure of forklifts, civil defense, municipality, power outages, etc..).24. Securing warehouse supplies (A4 papers, printer ink, pens, folders, etc..).25. Communicate with the companys departments in case of specific requests.26. Evaluate warehouse employees and workers on a monthly basis and submit them to his direct manager.27. General supervision of inventory.28. Responsible for implementing the operational plans and programs for the stores, which ultimately serve to achieve the main objectives of the institution.29. Responsible for organizing storage units, shelves and safety of stocks in accordance with storage instructions.30. Any error or specific problem under the duties and responsibilities of the warehouse keeper shall bear the full responsibility, whether intentionally or unintentionally.31. Carry out any other work assigned to him by the head of the department or the manager under his duties.
